Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site. MediKore are not currently registered for VAT therefore no VAT will be added to your order. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

MediKore cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Overseas Customers

MediKore only offers shipping to customers in the United Kingdom and certain international destinations. However if you are an overseas customer and would like to purchase our products please look at the checkout information to see if there is an automatic quote for your country. If not please drop us an email on the Contact Us page and we can calculate a bespoke shipping quote for you.

The shipping charges do not include any possible customs charges. If necessary these must be paid by the customer directly to customs in the receiving country to receive their parcel.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before the goods are delivered to you by notifying us. We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within two working days of receiving it. Therefore, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we will be unable to prevent any goods you have ordered being dispatched to you and you may then need to return them to us. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

Returns and Refunds of Items

If you have to return goods you must contact us within seven days of delivery and obtain an authorisation code from us. On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you as soon as possible.

Only in the cases where the goods are faulty, incorrect item sent by us or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (up to the amount originally paid for the delivery of the order & we recommend using a trackable service for proof of return and delivery). Upon receipt and inspection of the goods if the items are deemed faulty we will replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges (the buyer can choose exchange or refund).

In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only. Any further postage costs of returning the order or sending out replacement items must be covered by the customer.

In all cases the item must be returned and assessed by us before any refund or replacement can be arranged. If the goods are deemed in a non-resellable state no refund or exchange will be offered. Also if the seal on the acupuncture needles boxes and other sealed products have been tampered with no refund or exchange will be offered.  

In the event you wish to return any of our products, email us and advise our Customer Services team you wish to return your goods.

Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
